研究方向
丁强课题组主要以对人类公共健康产生严重威胁的RNA病毒为主要研究对象,运用分子生物学,反向遗传学,基因组以及蛋白质组学手段,阐述病毒的生活周期,鉴定对病毒感染必需的宿主因子以及限制病毒感染的抗病毒因子。从分子水平上研究病毒种属感染以及器官感染特异性的机制,从而为抗病毒药物开发,传染病防治以及实验动物模型开发提供理论基础。
