研究方向
向烨课题组长期从事传染病相关领域基础研究,主要利用冷冻电镜、品体学、生物化学等手段研究病毒感染与组装分子机制,以利于指导新一代疫苗及抗病毒药物的研发。向烨实验室目前的研究聚焦于以下几个方面:1)重要囊膜病毒糖蛋白介导病毒入侵的分子机制;2) 基于结构的疫苗抗原及治疗性大分子设计:3)菌体对肠道菌群及代谢的定向影响。
